Very Urgent : H1N1 Instructions for Students

We need to ascertain their travel details during the holidays and especially for those who had returned home from the 22nd of June onwards.

1. Where a student had travelled to any of the affected countries (see list below) , please be advise that you have to stay away from school for 7 days starting from the day after he arrived in Singapore. This would include transit stopovers in affected countries exceeding more than an hour.

2. The verbal declaration of the student will constitutes as LOA (Let Cynthia and Raymond know as well). Please let me know by ASAP (through Ray or Cynthia or e-mail cc them) the details as i will let you know when you should return to school after the lapse of the LOA, you have to submit evidence of their travel details in the form of the travel itinerary or passport WHEN YOU ARE BACK.

3. Inform that all affected students have to stay home and refer to Blackboard for their Home Based Learning Instructions.

4. For those who are not affected, bring along their thermometers when they return to school on the 29th of July.
