S'pore Buddhist Lodge Education Foundation Bursary 2009

Eligibility criteria
1) Singapore citizens or Singapore PR
2) Be of good conduct
3) From needy family
4) Pass their latest exams
5) Not receiving other bursary or scholarship


Application procedure

- Please get ready the following documents and bring along to the Student Service Centre (T16 Level 2) for checking:
1) Recent passport-sized photograph
2) Photocopy of your birth certificate and NRIC
3) Photocopy of each parent's NRIC
4) Photocopy of each sibling's birth certificate and NRIC
5a) Parents' / Siblings' latest pay slip
5b) For the self employed or unemployed or where pay slips are unavailable, a Statutory Declaration of the souce of income and amount earned/ received is required
5c) For divorced mother, to state the amount of maintenance received from the husband
6) Academic certificate and / or the result slips for the previous year
7) Copy of the certificate of death or divorce, if applicable
8) Other supporting documents (eg. medical report, social welfare assistance etc)
-Only when you present all the above documents will you be given a Bursary application form-
* Application forms are limited and given on a first-come-first-serve basis *
- Fill in the application form, let your parent/guardian sign, hand it in, together with your documents, to the SSC by deadline
